I come from North Yorkshire, a region of the UK famous for sheep and afternoon tea!!
I am the UK educational coordinator for the BE the Change! Challenge! We offer schools and youth groups a fun and memorable way to learn about familiar issues such as energy, fair trade and waste, and show them how they can take action!
What do I like here? wow this is tricky! I like lots of things! Living with so many people from around the world is crazy but amazing, and I like learning about everyones different cultures and sometimes experiancing them!Curry and Bollywood from India, Bissap from Guinea, brigateiro from Brazil, fish afrodisiac from Peru........and the list goes on!! I also like bouncing around on my gym ball and doing other weird things to scare the locals!
Now a funny story, well.......life in the stables is never normal and I have seen lots of funny things since I arrived.....coop blowing up the kettle after putting washing up liquid inside, Nina finding things living in the fridge, people running around naked (mentioning no names)claire cutting big mamas hair while he was wearing a miners hat, pudding basin hair cuts are so in fashion right now!!!
